Please allow 48 hours for order processing and verification. In addition, orders may take up to 7 business days to ship.

Occasionally during periods of high order volume, such as a promotion or holiday, shipment processing can exceed the two-business day window.

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Due to the complexities of our fulfillment process, we are unable to change or update any information, apply any promotional codes, or cancel an order once it has been placed at checkout.

Exit 1 Boutique is unable to combine or add items to orders.

There are a number of reasons why an order may get canceled. Once your refund has been processed you will be notified via email in regard to your cancelation.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Customers must submit evidence of defects or notify us of incorrect orders within the return window.

International customers may incur import duty and tax charges. It is recommended to contact your local customs authority to determine the landed price prior to purchase completion. International credit cards will be charged in accordance with applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.  If a customs charge is refused by the customer and Exit 1 Boutique is responsible for the shipping of the product, the charge will be deducted from the customer’s store credit. International orders are responsible for their own return shipping. Due to the customs process, delivery times are estimates and may take longer than stated.

Exit 1 Boutique is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the delivery service or customs agencies.

All U.S. orders are trackable via USPS Mail or UPS.

Items marked returned to sender, refused or sent back to Exit 1 Boutique without an RMA will be issued store credit via electronic gift card minus a 15% restocking fee.

International packages marked return to sender/refused/abandoned will receive store credit (minus a 15% restocking fee).

Please note that the shipping address must be registered to the credit/debit card's billing address. Exit 1 Boutique has the right to refrain from shipping any orders where the shipping and billing addresses are not an exact match.
