Orders usually take 3-5 days to process and shipping takes 1-3 days. However, orders may arrive earlier. Thank you for your support and we apologize for any inconvenience(s).

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY- NO REFUNDS. Exchange only for store credit within 14 days of delivery, but customer is responsible for shipping the item back.

If customer sends back the order over 14 days since deliver, Sneakertown has the right to not accept the exchange.

Shipping address MUST BE REGISTERED to the Credit/debit card's address. We ship to billing addresses only.

For if any reason a refund is initiated, it can take up to 3-5 business days for you to see your money credited back into your bank. The speed depends on your banking institution.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
